- You agree to make payment to any of the suppliers to whom you are referred by Alluvial from whom you make a purchase strictly in accordance with their terms and you acknowledge and agree that Alluvial may restrict your access to the site and advise other associated dealers that you are in default should you fail to make payment in accordance with this clause.
- Nothing in this agreement shall require Alluvial to make payment on your behalf to any of the suppliers to whom Alluvial may introduce you and Alluvial shall not be responsible for any loss and damage arising from the failure of you to ensure payment is received by the Supplier when due.
- You accept that upon Alluvial receiving written authority from you to do so Alluvial may deal with an authorized third party and that Alluvial may continue to accept instructions from the third party until it receives written notification from you that the authority is revoked
- You acknowledge that Alluvial does not trade on your behalf but merely facilitates you entering into a transaction with a third party. Alluvial shall not be responsible for any loss or damage that you suffer, whether direct or consequential, as a result of any delays, errors, breakdowns, disruptions or malfunction of any system device or service or any failure by a third party to receive, accept or process an order whether or not such order is placed through this website.
- You agree to indemnify Alluvial and keep Alluvial indemnified from all claims actions suits and demands arising from any transaction, whether such transaction was through this website or not.

When a purchase is made, personal information (including but not limited to) your name, address, date of birth, directors details (where you are a company) and financial information will be collected and retained by Alluvial. All information collected from you will be treated in the strictest confidence but your personal information may be disclosed in the following circumstances: -- If the information is requested by a government or any of its agencies;
- If the information is required to be disclosed by Australian law;
- If the information is required to be provided to the companies with whom we deal to enable us to complete a transaction on your behalf or to provide a service that you have requested.
